I love deep soulful house, tribal, and deep house. To be honest, I love house music so much that it really does not matter what sub-category it is as long as it has soul and it is pure. San Francisco has a unique house sound that is soulful, funky and upbeat that I am feeling right now. House is a feeling and it is a universal language that is understood by your spirit.

When I go an extended time without house music, my soul feels hungry and thirsty and it need spiritual nourishment. The Jungle Brothers said it best, "house is food and you need it, if I feed it you should eat it".

By no means am I claiming to be the best dancer, but I feel that the music tells my body where to go and how to move. The house music style of dancing is the perfect compliment to  the house music genre. It's like the icing-on-the-cake, the peanut butter-to the-jelly, the fruit-to-the-loop.
