Founded in early 2008 by Max Martinez, Conscious Management and Entertainment is a blossoming business that provides its clients with the best services possible. Our company’s purpose is two-fold in nature in both serves as a music management company and an event planning business; however our vision remains the same – make our clients experience as enjoyable, memorable and as smooth for them as possible. Conscious seeks to expose fresh talent to the global music scene. We also provide them with the tools necessary to propel their career forward.  We also provide booking services for more established artists. The majority of our attention is focused on involving our clients in every stage of the process.  The company also secures spots for conferences, media, press and a variety of other mediums that will help promote their career. Conscious Management and Entertainment can also help you organize an event. We go through great lengths in order to make the evening memorable for all of our clients.  Conscious seeks out venues that include Pacha, Touch, Katra, Star Lounge, Element, Country Club, Quo, Crimson, 46 Lounge, Empire Hotel Rooftop, InsidePark Afterwork Outdoor Terrace and many more.  We also arrange artists and provide musical direction for the evening. We provide promotional material and organize birthday bookings with guest lists in order to maximize the evening’s enjoyment for our clients. Conscious can also help you book professional photographers so you can remember the evening long after it is over.
